Kursus Level I – Topik & Persyaratan

Persyaratan Kehadiran

In order to achieve an official certification, one must:

  • Attend certification training and pass the General, Specific and Practical examinations with a score of 80% or better.
  • Documentation of education or experience must be maintained annually.
  • Hearing acuity must meet the minimum requirement of one ear of less than 25 dBHL at 500 Hz to 4 kHz (with or without aid.) Hearing acuity examinations must be documented annually.

Kursus Level II – Topik & Persyaratan

Persyaratan Kehadiran

Untuk mencapai sertifikasi resmi, peserta harus:

  • Mengikuti pelatihan sertifikasi dan lulus ujian Umum, Spesifik, dan Praktik dengan skor 80% atau lebih.
  • Dokumen pendidikan atau pengalaman harus disimpan setiap tahun.
  • Ketajaman pendengaran harus memenuhi persyaratan minimum salah satu telinga yang kurang dari 25 dBHL pada 500 Hz hingga 4 kHz (dengan atau tanpa alat bantu.) Pemeriksaan ketajaman pendengaran harus didokumentasikan setiap tahun.
  • Pengalaman yang didokumentasikan yang ditandatangani oleh supervisor atau atasan selama 6 bulan, selain itu pengalaman Level I selama 6 bulan, untuk pengalaman kumulatif 12 bulan agar memenuhi syarat untuk sertifikasi resmi Level II.

Kandidat untuk sertifikasi Level II harus:

• Mahir dengan perangkat ultrasonik
• Mahir dengan pengumpulan data di lapangan
• Memiliki keahlian komputer tingkat dasar (yakni Word, Excel, Email)
• Pengetahuan kerja tingkat dasar tentang materi Level I terkait Ultrasonik Airborne/Structure Borne

Kandidat untuk Level II harus membawa:

• Laptop kerja dengan hak admin untuk memasang perangkat lunak serta input/ekspor data melalui slot usb/card reader
• Perangkat Lunak Spectralyzer versi terbaru UE Systems yang sudah terpasang
