레벨 I 교육과정 – 주제 및 요구 사항

참여 요건

In order to achieve an official certification, one must:

  • Attend certification training and pass the General, Specific and Practical examinations with a score of 80% or better.
  • Documentation of education or experience must be maintained annually.
  • Hearing acuity must meet the minimum requirement of one ear of less than 25 dBHL at 500 Hz to 4 kHz (with or without aid.) Hearing acuity examinations must be documented annually.

레벨 II 교육과정 – 주제 및 요구 사항

참여 요건

공식 인증을 취득하려면 다음을 수행해야 합니다.

  • 인증 교육에 참석하고 80% 이상의 점수를 득점하여 일반, 특정, 실기 시험에 합격합니다.
  • 교육 또는 경험에 대한 문서는 매년 보관해야 합니다.
  • 청력은 500Hz~4kHz에서 한쪽 귀의 최소 요건(25dBHL 미만)을 충족해야 합니다(보조 장치 유무와 관계없이). 청력 검사는 매년 문서로 기록해야 합니다.
  • 경험 문서는 상사가 서명하거나 레벨 II의 공식 인증 자격을 얻는 데 필요한 12개월의 누적 경험(6개월의 레벨 I 경험에 6개월 이상 추가)을 충족합니다.

레벨 II 인증 후보자는 다음을 수행해야 합니다.

• 자사 초음파 장치에 능숙
• 현장에서 데이터 수집에 능숙
• 기본적인 컴퓨터 기술(예: Word, Excel, 이메일) 보유
• 공기 및 고체 기인 초음파의 레벨 I 재료에 대한 기본 작업 지식
